Banking and Finance. The program provides the

Business Management and
Accounting
There are many exciting,
challenging, and rewarding jobs for people with
management and accounting skills. A thorough
business education with computer training can
help you climb the corporate ladder — and each
rung brings richer rewards. We will prepare you
for careers in business, and teach you how to
make it to the top without starting at the very
bottom. Managers are administrators,
supervisors, directors, and executives, but all
are concerned with the activity of accomplishing
objectives through other people. Managers often
enjoy excellent benefits such as bonuses and
stock options.
Medical
Health Care
Administration
The Bachelor of Science
in Health Care Administration program is
designed to provide health care practitioners
with the competencies to function as supervisors
and managers in health care settings. The
curriculum provides a working foundation in
management and interpersonal skills, while at
the same time introducing the student to the
health care delivery system and its many and
varied issues and challenges. Graduates are not
only better prepared to assume increased
management responsibilities, but to do so with a
better understanding of the complex system in
which they work. Students are prepared to work
in entry-level management and accounting
positions in hospitals, clinics, and long-term
care facilities.
Medical
Specialties
Medical Specialists are
responsible for duties such as sterilizing
equipment, preparing a patient for examination,
assisting the doctor during an examination,
performing tests, and much more. Medical
Specialists are in great demand in all
geographic areas, in doctors' offices,
hospitals, laboratories, and health centers. You
will have many opportunities as a Medical
Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Lab Assistant,
EKG Technician, or Phlebotomist. You may decide
to work for a surgeon, pediatrician, or general
practitioner in a private office, hospital, or
diagnostic laboratory. Pharmacy Technicians work
in hospitals and retail pharmacies assisting
pharmacists. Pharmacy Technicians have expertise
in drugs and dosages, ordering, receiving,
stocking, dispensing, calculating, and pricing.
Computer skills are also necessary, and they are
an integral part of our training program.
